Waggoner School Goals
To challenge and support each student through differentiated content, products and instructional strategies in reading and language. Collaborate as a staff and community to ensure we have a work environment that promotes and achieves high staff productivity and positive morale. Increase student learning in reading and language by organizing existing curriculum, instructional resources and assessments to focus on key concepts and critical skills.

Waggoner has two computer labs, as well as, Smartboards, document cameras and Thinkpads in every classroom.

The Waggoner Way (PBIS)
The Waggoner Way is a school-wide program based on the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. The staff has worked closely together to develop The Waggoner Way.

Parent involvement is Encouraged
We welcome parent involvement in our students’ education. One way to participate is to join our PTO and attend the monthly meetings. Waggoner teachers welcome classroom volunteers. Please contact your child’s teacher for convenient volunteer times. We are happy to have you on our campus!

Art Masterpiece
This exciting program is designed to introduce students to artists and their work. Serving as art guides, parent volunteers make presentations in the classroom. Training is provided at Waggoner and is also available through the Phoenix Art Museum.
