• Kyrene District Summer Hours:Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Varied hours in the month of July. Telephone: 480-541-1000. Please visit the Kyrene website for information about student registration, withdrawals, after-school childcare, and enrichment class information.
• Want to get involved with the PTO and help with Back To School events?Contact the volunteer coordinator atvolunteer@cerritospto.orgor the president atpresident@cerritospto.org.

• Back to School- Meet The Teacher Night:Mark your calendars! Meet the Teacher Night will be Tuesday, July 26^th,5:00-7:00 pm. Families with a last name beginning with A-M will attend from 5-6 pm and families with a last name beginning with N-Z will attend from 6-7 pm. If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time, you may attend at a different time Please start the evening in the MPR to receive classroom locations, PTO, transportation, food services, and community education information. Then visit classrooms to meet your 2022-2023 Teacher!
• Transportation/Bus Routes:Please check outkyrene.org/transportationnear the end of July to determine your child’s bus stop for the 2022-2023 school year.
• School Hours for 2022-2023:Our school hours are changing for the Fall! The regular school day starts at 7:30 a.m. and ends (Mon/Tue/Thurs/Fri) at 2:15 p.m. and on Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m. Students are allowed on campus any time after 7:00 a.m. when supervision begins. The first bell rings at 7:25 a.m. and students are considered tardy when the second bell rings at 7:30 a.m.
• First Day of School:Thursday, July 28 at 7:30 a.m. More information will be shared before Meet the Teacher regarding morning plans and walking their child to their classroom on the first day of school.
• Curriculum Nights:Our curriculum nights are split among grade levels over 3 nights. Kindergarten and 1st grade will be on Wednesday, August 17th. 2nd and 3rd grade on Monday, August 22nd. 4th and 5th grade will be on Wednesday, August 24. All the evenings will be from 5-7 pm. More details will be sent out after school starts.
