Dear Parent(s)/Provider/Community Partner:
This letter is to announce that our program is continuing to grow and expand, and we wanted to make you aware of an increased age range that we will serve. Effective 06/10/15, children from ages 10-12 years will be eligible for the CCDF Certificate Program at Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community provided that they meet all other criterion:
•Child must live in Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, or Scottsdale
•Children must be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe
•Parents/guardians must be working or in school/job training full time
•Family income must be under 85% of the AZ median income for family size
Currently enrolled families can add newly eligible children by contacting Tallerita Tunney Rogers or Jessica Holmes for a list of required documents.

Now Accepting Applications for Child Care Assistance Certificate Program
Eligibility Requirements*:
⇒ Children must be:
• 6 weeks through age 12 years NEW EXPANDED AGES
• Enrolled in a Federally Recognized Tribe
⇒ Parents must be:
• Income Eligible (Based upon Family Income &Household size)
• Reside inMesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, or SRPMIC
• Working Full Time (32 hours per week)
- or –
• Attending School Full Time (12 credit hours)
- or –
• Job Training Program(15 hours per week)
*ELIGIBILITY RULES VARY FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE IN PROTECTIVE CARE. PLEASE CALL FOR FURTHER DETAILS IF THESE CONDITIONS APPLY.
There are Four Types of Child Care to choose from:
• Center Base Care—Must be State Licensed
• Group Home Care—Private Residence and DES Certified
• Family Home Care—Private Residence and DES Certified
• In Home Care—Restricted to children with severe disability who are on an IEP/IFSP
