Kyrene Staff Announced as Finalists for Tempe Diablos Excellence in Education Awards

Several Kyrene staff are among the finalists for the Tempe Diablos Charities Excellence in Education Awards.For over 30 years, the Tempe Diablos have been honoring educators and students who have demonstrated excellence in the classroom and beyond.The Excellence in Education Awards recognize the contributions of outstanding staff of Tempe Elementary, Kyrene Elementary, and Tempe Union High School districts in seven different categories.

After two years of virtual events, finalists will once again be honored at a dinner and awards gala hosted by the Diablos. This special red-carpet style event will take place on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the Tempe Center for the Arts.
