The Arizona Educational Foundation (AEF) announced that C.I. Waggoner received the coveted A+ School of Excellence™ award for the 2019-2020 academic year on April 13, 2019. AEF has identified and honored exemplary pre-kindergarten through 12th grade public schools in Arizona since 1983.

Buddy Benches at Waggoner

The Waggoner Way (PBIS)
Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS) The Waggoner Way is a school-wide program based on the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. The staff has worked closely together to develop The Waggoner Way, which matches the principles of PBIS in a way that fits the goals, mission and culture of C.I. Waggoner Elementary School.
