My name is Kristina Carrieres and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing district and community! I graduated from Northern Arizona University in December 2018 with a B.S. in Special Education and Elementary Education. Last semester, I taught at Apache Junction High School in the Life Skills program working with 9th-12th grade students.
Our goal for the CCB classroom is inclusion. We want every student to have the tools, strategies and support to be successful in a general education or a resource class. My passion is building students' relationships and I enjoy teaching students with different abilities and talents. I believe strongly in open communication, so feel free to email or call at any time.
